Litigation Consultant

Phone consults with attorneys and other experts, as well as researching manufacturer specifications and accepted building practices start at $150 per hour.

This service may include consulting with attorneys about the issues, reviewing legal documents and records, and a site or property inspection. Prices start at $750.

Deposition, arbitration/mediation, or court appearances start at $200/hr. with a  minimum of 4 hours and a maximum of  8 hours per day.  Travel is a separate charge.

Any travel outside a 45 mile radius is subject to a mileage charge.  In addition, travel requiring an overnight stay is subject to incurred expenses. An advance payment will be required for travel.

In some cases a retainer of $1600 may be required. Above rates will be applied against this retainer.
