The Louisiana State Board of Home Inspectors requires a minimum of 90 classroom hours pertaining to home inspections, 30 hours of platform training, the completion of 10 live inspections with reports, and passage of an exam in order to be licensed. Please see the state website for more information.
I am licensed to provide 90 hours of classroom instruction that meets and exceeds LSBHI requirements. At this time, I do not offer online education. All 90 hours are in a small group setting. Call me for prices.
I am licensed to provide the in-field platform training required by LSBHI. This training is done on an actual residential structure dealing with all systems commonly found in LA residences. Call me for prices and further information.
I am licensed to provide the in-field live training required by LSBHI. This training is done at actual residential inspections under my supervision. The student accompanies me while I conduct a home inspection for a client. The student will be required to complete inspection reports for the instructor as part of this training.
I am licensed by LSBHI to conduct continuing education for licensed home inspectors. I provide both group and one-one-one training sessions, including the required Report Writing class. Call me for more information or questions.
If you have completed a 90-hour course and feel you need additional help to pass the national home inspectors exam or if you have taken the exam and failed, I provided tutoring to help you pass. Call me for more information or questions.
